Ok... just got my new Kindle 2.

Went to the Amazon store and bought/downloaded a new book.

Mage-Guard of Hamor by Modesitt.

I now have an item in my Archived Items on the Home Page.

When I go to Archived Items it shows my new book.

When I go to open the book it just sits on Opening book... never opens.

If I turn off the wireless and try to access the book it tells me my wireless is off and won't open the book....

WTF?

Ok... Nevermind... Figured it out... it was still downloading.

Apparently, my house is not in the 3G network area so it is a little slower for downloading.

sometimes 3G is called slowG

Amazon's servers seem to be quite overloaded at the moment. Lot of people experiencing slow downloads of books.
