Just used a booklight with my Kindle for the first time since I've owned my Kindle (about a year). As someone else mentioned on the forum, it's pretty easy to read the Kindle in low light ... but not no light.

Luckily, I'd just picked up an inexpensive booklight by Energizer for $7 at Target. For reference, I'm including the link to the same light on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/EVEFNL2BU1CS-Reading-Light-Spring-Flexible/dp/B000GOYMAE.

I found this light worked very well - as well as being inexpensive.

I use this same booklight with my papyre (aka Hanlin V3) and I am very satisfied with it. I don't know if somebody compared it with more expensive models...

I use the same light. I find it works quite well.

Unfortunately, I went on a long trip just before Xmas and I haven't seen it since. I think it could be lost. But, at $7 (saw it on sale @ Target for $4.99 a couple of months ago) it's no big deal to replace it.
