Just received my EBW 1150 yesterday and thought I'd post and thank you all for all the information on this site and forum. It helped solidify my decision on which device to get and I'm also finding tons of great stuff on making the most of it.

Been reading ebooks on various palm devices for years. This is the first dedicated reader I've had and my biggest concern is the amount of books available. I'm encourage by all the posts on the conversion software available and will be toying around with converting some of my existing mobi formatted books this weekend.

Hi yourself! I started the same way you did. I really only switched to something new because, well, because they made something new. Ohhhh, and for some reason, I seem to keep getting older, and the palm was hard on my eyes. So I got a Kindle --- but whichever device, THIS is indeed the right place to learn about it and discuss it! Not to mention, to download more books for it.

Hi mdgilbert and welcome to the Forum. I started with an iPaq and read several books on it and really liked the concept. Then the eInk devices came out and I was hooked.
