I'm thinking about turning the summary report of the 'Senate Armed Services Committee Inquiry into the Treatment of Detainees in U.S. Custody' from it's freely available pdf format into a mobipocket ebook. It is important even if horrifying reading.

Two questions
- Is the document under copyright? I don't see any mention of copyright in the document itself.
- Has anyone already turned it into an ebook? I check mobipocket uploads regularly and haven't seen it, but I may have missed it.

Since it was published by the US gov't, no it's not under copyright.
