Midori is a web browser (lightweight? probablily).
I built this port just for fun. Still some config needs finetuned, but at least it's working for English web browsing. Too bad national glyph can't display correctly even it seems supporting multiple encoding scheme and font. As to other language, I don't know if it works. The GUI part seems to dispaly national glyph correctly, but the html rendering part does not. That probabily means, GTK+2 does its job right, but Webkit diesn't.

Download here (http://rapidshare.com/files/171985165/midori.0.1.1.iliad.bin.zip.html)

How to install:
1. unpack the package to "programs" dir in your MMC/SD. There will be a dir "midori".
2. get xepdmgr contributed by Antartica, and copy "xepdmgr" to that "midori" dir.
3. run from contentlister.

Why are there so many extra libraries included? Are these different versions than what's already on the iLiad?

All of the libs in the package are newer than those on iLiad. Some libs might be unnecessay, but I am lazy to check it.

Do you believe this is the best way to get your iLiad to browse the web?

Thanks for your input . . .
