I'd consider a Strangedog cover too, but my timing is never right to hit his website when he has some available.
So, I'm considering the M-Edge leather cover in Saddle or the Stylzworld Cosmo cover.
I think I'm leaning towards the Cosmo because of the trifold...2 layers of protection for the screen when it is in a bag/purse seems good to me.
And it seems the Stylz covers are finally in stock and shipping?

I can only speak to the M-Edge cover which I love. It has plenty of padding for the screen, although it would also be nice to have the bottom edge covered as well. - Lots of strange lint and crumbs seem to crop up in my handbag.

I have an M-edge "Executive Case," and it has worked great for me. It holds my Kindle in place, whereas the one that came with the Kindle does not!
The M-edge case is very high-end...I like the way the cover looks (professional and classy).

I had the M-Edge non-leather cover in red and it worked well but faux leather wore off the edges quickly and looked ratty. I now have the Stylz Avantgarde which is the same as the Cosmo cover just different colors. The Stylz cover is very heavy but well made and definitely provides excellent protection. The case holds the Kindle securely and all the buttons are easily accessible. There is a pen holder but you can only use a a very skinny pen.
