Every thing on that link looked English to me... except maybe one of the comments. All you need to know it to push the big orange button and give em your first bor... er, Credit Card info.

I cannot change that behaviour. There is no such setting in ChipIn. :(
However, I've found a workaround. Open another tab in your browser, go to the paypal.com and log into your account. Then press the orange ChipIn button again.
