iPod2PC (http://www.casicakes.com/) is a small Windows tool that enables you to copy MP3 songs from your lovely iPod back to a PC's harddisk.
You can download (http://www.casicakes.com/download.htm) a trial of the latest beta which is crippled by copying only ~50% of your checked songs.

Egads. How much does this app cost? It seems like a ca$h cow for people who are afraid of their iPod.
It's just as easy to put your pod into manual mode and mount it as a hard disk. Granted, the ID3 tags don't come up via Explorer, but they will when you launch your music appy. :D

It's an expression that roughly translates to "holy cow!" or "Wow!" :)
