Steve Sande from PDAntic wrote a nice review (http://www.pdantic.com/reviews/newsbreak.htm) of Illum's NewsBreak 1.0, one of the best RSS feed readers for Pocket PC.

Make sure to give NewsBreak a try if you are looking for a flexible mobile RSS solution. I have tried both, NewsBreak and Egress (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3011), another great feed aggregator for PPC, and have yet to decide which one to buy.
