as the title says: before buying a sony prs 505 online, i thought it might be a good idea to ask here first.
i'm a student, i don't own a credit card and shipping from the us is quite expensive.

i'm looking for a cheap offer with shipping possibility to switzerland (if possible from europe). of course the device should be in more or less acceptable condition.

if you consider changing to the prs 700 or something, i would gladly buy your old device!
i can pay by paypal or bank transaction.

I have a PRS 505 that I had been holding on to, but I'm looking to sell it. It's in great condition, and I have the original accessories (I think I have the original box and paperwork up in my closet).
It was only used for about 2 months, the time between when I got the 505 and the Kindle came out. The sony uses PC only software and I use a mac.
I'm not sure, is it hard to send a package overseas?

what do you think about the price? the cheapest offer for a new one is ~250$. and what color is it? (edit: nvm, i haven't seen the other thread)

i don't know what is the cheapest, but form the united states you can calculate postage prices here: http://ircalc.usps.gov/
one pound to switzerland costs about 25$. i don't know about taxes and additional fees, but i think it depends on the declaration (for example as present).
