Originally converted from Fpse (http://it.geocities.com/fpseemulator/), FpseCE (http://www.fpsece.net/download.htm) is a free Sony Playstation 1 emulator for Pocket PC. While FpseCE 0.10 is on its way, 0.09.3 already offers some remarkable news such as:

- 3 Frameskip level with 2 frameskip mode is available
