If you haven't heard about Sunrise yet, it's an exciting new piece of software that allows you to extract web content into Plucker format which can be viewed with the Plucker reader on PalmOS devices, or the Vade Mecum reader on Pocket PC devices.

If you've been hesitant to give it a try, now's the time! You can take advantage of an online Sunrise tutorial available at http://palmattitude.org/guides/Sunrise/ . It has been praised by none less than the author of Sunrise himself at Sunrise News (http://laurens.typepad.com/).

Just in case you don't speak French, you can get a translation using either
Google language tools (http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=en) or Babelfish Translation (http://babelfish.altavista.com/).

Thanks Hacker.

I hadn't even realized that site was there. And at http://www.plkr.org/samples there's some neat samples, like Perl programming books, Wizard of Oz, and other goodies.

Even a Celiac recipe book with 55 recipes for those with a gluten intolerance. That's something that is apparently rare, yet I know at least two people with a severe case so maybe it's not quite so rare after all.

sUnShInE,

I think hacker is referring to the Plucker project from which Laurens began his work.
