This IS a great opportunity to buy some nice titles from them. (I have no affiliation with them.)
They also have the "club thing," which I have yet to buy into, but this might be an opportunity to check that out, too.
Anyone here a member of Fictionwise's club?

I'm in the club. It's worth it for me since I buy a ton of books from them (about 160 since the end of October). I suppose it depends on how much buying you do if it's worth it or not.

I was planning on joining the club. But, I have moved to a Kindle so will probably be getting most books from Amazon now. But, it seems worth it if you buy most/all of your books there.

Yes. I buy enough ebooks to make it worthwhile.

I joined the club. SO far I'm not sure it was worth it.
Most of the ebooks I have purchased since getting my Kindle are in Mobipocket. Almost all of those came from Fictionwise.
I usually make a wish list while waiting for a sale. I still have about $200 in credit from the April First sale.

I joined on the one year sub, taking an opportunity to realise a good sterling/dollar relationship too. Fictionwise has been my only source of book buying so far...

I belong and I buy most of my books from Fictionwise. I buy some from Amazon but usually Fictionwise is cheaper with the club discount.

I logged on to tell you guys about the sale and saw that you are already on top of it. The $10 off EB-1150 is the same Christmas sale price I got mine for. Get the device and use the extra $10 to buy titles!
OK, back to the dark post-eye surgery glasses. The vitrectomy went very well and I can already see much better thru the eye. Thanks to those who were wishing me well!

glad to hear it. i hope you feel completely better soon.
@DixieGal
Glad the surgery went well. Happy readings!

Yes I'm a club member it is well worth it for me. It's $20 ($30-$10 rebate).
You'll break even once you buy approx $130 worth of books. And if at one time you make a $100 purchase you will get an additional 10% off.
So if in your first purchase you buy $100 you'll be saving $25 (15% discout 10% credit)

Also what is harder to monetize. They have a public library only available to club members. There are not a lot of books here but there are a few gems and you can check them out for FREE!

I decided to join the Buywise club after reading this price comparison (http://dearauthor.com/wordpress/2007/08/05/price-comparison-which-e-book-retailer-has-the-best-prices/) on the Dear Author website.
Maybe it can help others also.
