Another n00b wordnerd saying hello to everyone.

Since college is finished with and I'm finally settling in to marriage I have much more time with my book obsession. I have way too many books up at shelfari and bookswim, I'm getting way too happy with paperbackswap and in the next few months my husband and I are planning to get an E-book reader ( hopefully, one for each of us ).

I love almost all kinds of subjects, with the exception of girly romances. I prefer new writers, hard to find authors and independants. Basically, if it has words, I'm almost definitely going to read it.

Hoping to make some forum pals and find some interesting things. :2thumbsup

Hi! It certainly sounds like you have had a lot of momentous events lately! Congratulations on both graduating and your marriage!

Read the different threads and see what people like and don't like. Then decide what you will use your e-readers for. Me, I just wanted something to replace books and have a backlight for reading in the dark, so I got the EB-1150. It's sort of bottom of the line from a tech standpoint, no real graphics or anything. I love it!
