Ok, I have run the mobi2html program with the unpack string and it says:

Filename: morg4.prc
Book Name: Altered Carbon
Version: 0
Type: BOOK
Creator: Mobi

and then I see an unpack folder, but there is nothing in it.

Mobi2html does not convert huffdic compressed Mobipocket format to HTML. mobi2html also doesn't convert if there is DRM.

I suggest using mobi2oeb (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20626), which is part of calibre (http://calibre.kovidgoyal.net/). It handles all levels of MOBI compression, but only DRM-free MOBI files.
