According to NAEB's website (http://store.naebllc.com/), Bookeen shipped the order today, and NAEB will get it tomorrow. Since tomorrow is Friday, obviously shipping will be delayed until Monday.

P.S. Some of us paid for shipping through the USPS. Derek, are you sure you can't mail those Cybooks on Saturday?

Certainly. You can have it in 2011, 2014, and 2015.

I know quite a few people who have shown interest in my Kindle.

I know quite a few people who have shown interest in my Kindle.

Then why not to lend your Kindle to them?
Or why not to order another kindle, if they were interested particularly in Kindle?

Are you any charity organisation?

I don't like people screwing up the book I'm reading, and it's really easy to do that on the Kindle. Plus, I can't get another Kindle.

I see.

I wish we had a couple of guys like you over here, so they would lend me a gadget or two from time to time. I would not mind at all.

If you want to borrow one, go ask Bookeen. Both of y'all are in Paris, after all. ;)

Sure you did.

However, you addressed to both of us, didn't you?

You'd have to ask Jim. (Penty) You see, the majority of our owner/workers live in New York. I, however, live in the Great State of California! :) Yes, it's amazing what one can do with the Power of the Internet! :D

Please note that 'receiving' the units is not the same as 'receiving them *EARLY IN THE DAY*'. If we receive them at 4:55PM, Jim's time, that still counts to the shipper as Friday. But there would be no time for Jim to get them unpacked and ready to ship by then.

Now that still leaves Saturday, but I'm not that familiar with how close/what shippers hours are available to him where he's at on Saturday.

So, I believe he states Monday as shipping day, to be on the safe side.

Kingston,
That's quite the collection of current generation e-ink readers you have. Are you planning on opening a museum in a few years? ;-)

Of course! I will call it the 'Gadgets I Have Wasted My Money on Museum'...:rolleyes2: I can put them right next to my original Magnavox Discovision Laser Disc Player which I got in Atlanta in 1978.

BTW, got this mail from NAEB. It was shipped on Saturday (yesterday), as per Nates request:

Kingston,

Was it shipped or did NAEB do a pre-ship notice? I received a notice today at 1:30pm indicating that the cyBook shipped. Since the post office is closed Sundays.......at least in my case it's a pre-ship notice.
