help~

i just bought the 505 yesterday, at the beginning, everything is ok.

but i forgot to charger the 505,

so,the 505 showed the battery became lower.

and there are a bunch of vertical and horizontal white lines (or bands) on the screen ,like the picture.

i try to shutdown and push the "reset" ,but the screen still not good.

so i try the hard reset, use the "mark" and "vol+",but the lines still there.

now the 505 is full charger.i still see the lines.

Can anyone tell me if this can be fixed? or I should return it to sony?

Yup, that looks like a break to me too. Good news is, since you just bought it, you'll have somewhat less trouble getting them to swap it out for you. :rolleyes:
