So I'm worried about virus.
Would someone help me answer this questions:
1. What are the ways in which a PDA could be infected?
I mean, the causes, not the effects.
2. Could an malicious app have access to my files/data and corrupt them?
3. Once they're corrupted, what would happen to in the next HotSync?
3b. Would the corruption be detected during HotSync? Or I would be backing up corrupted files?
I'm bringing this up because of the Sierpinski triangle trojan (http://www.d.umn.edu/~reic0024/palm/) (a Google (http://www.google.com.mx/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=Sierpinski+triangle+palm+pda&btnG=Google+Search) on that answered some of my questions).
I would hate to have to install an AV in my Palm.
I'm becoming too dependable on my Palm, and I don't want to end backing up my PDA in four different computers every day.
