Tony Chor, the Group Program Manager for the Internet Explorer team, speaks (http://blogs.msdn.com/ie/archive/2004/08/10/212008.aspx) about the changes of Internet Explorer in the just released Windows XP SP2 and why you should believe that it is more secure than previous versions of Internet Explorer.

Even more secure it is still the most vulnerable browser. And it lacks the advanced features of Moz/Firefox, like TABBED BROWSING, which I could never do without now.
