Ipad Fixed Layout cover
I have a question about covers in the fixed layout for the iPad. Is there any way to force the cover to start on the left hand page in landscape mode rather than on the right hand side as it does currently with a blank left hand page page before it. I have searched online for the answer but I cannot find one.I would be very grateful if anyone knows the answer (sorry if this question has been asked before)
