Hi all
can anyone help with this - switch on - green light and boots to library.Green light stays on but flashes every 7 seconds.Cannot move in or out of library and power meter shows zero although is,in fact 90%.Leave for 10 minutes - no change.Switch off and on - same sequence but can operate after about 5 minutes when green light goes out.
Had enormous problems at first until I removed a converted PDF file and moved everything to a 2 gig card.
When this thing is working it is brilliant but the boot up is driving me mental.

You should contact Bookeen and try to reflash your CyBook. That will probably help.

You should at least try it without the SD card. I can imagine that the software is trying to read something there and it does not like what it finds

No. Mine boots up in about 20 seconds, and then its working very steadily and not throwing green light at me, if i dont do anything.

tried that - just the same - nothig in library and it still hangs

Sounds as though the file system may perhaps be corrupt. I'd repeat the earlier advice - contract Bookeen and ask for reflash instructions.
