Hi all, a virgin reader of the digital format, and absolutely loving it. Problems though if anyone can help. I have the sony prs 505 ebook, which is great. Its the library thats giving me hell. Its simply gone and died on me. When I open it only half the page is visible and I cannot click on anything. I have also reinstalled it several times. As a non american purchaser I:angry: have no real legal rights to get help from sony, any ideas.

Maybe try unistalling and then delete the two folders listed below (paths are from XP, but should be similar in Vista) in case there is something being retained during the uninstall which is causing your problems. Then reinstall.

C:\Program Files\Sony\Reader
C:\Documents and Settings\{user name}\Local Settings\Application Data\Sony Corporation\eBook Library


I don't know if it'll do anything, it's just a thought.
