So kindly help me how can i solve this issue.

You can maybe use & #8288; (with no space between & and #), which is a "word joiner" and ‌ (zero-width non-joiner) between words if needed. But you might need to insert these character everywhere if you want it to work in all situations...

I have tried all of the procedures mentioned above but no use.

Finally, I have found some solution and want to share with all.

Change your actual content (i.e .html/.xhtml) into UNICODE text using UNICODE converter. This method solved the unwanted word break issues.

Note: Fonts not required for the UNICODE formatted ePub and looks good in all devices.

All the .html/.xhtml files must be in Unicode anyway to work correctly. Not only for this.
