Can't say if they've improved or not, but when I signed up a few weeks ago I found that their servers were incredibly slow from the overload. I found that the service was basically unusable at the time. Hopefully they've improved the setup since then.

I have so many free e-mail accounts, I need to keep a list of them now ;)
