Yes, I admit it! I was always one of the "Real books not digital!" brigade. Sadly I collided with two facts: (1) many books I want are by deceased authors and are mostly out of print and (2) I generally can't afford new books :sad2: So, there really wasn't much choice....
I have an iPod Touch and an old iPhone. My wife has a Kindle. And that Kindle gave me a fright this morning! Turned on the desktop PC and was abruptly informed that all my boot data had been changed  Nowhere had I seen a warning that that would happen if the Kindle was attached during boot up  Of course it was rectified by unplugging the Kindle and rebooting. Feel sorry for novice users faced with that...
By the way, I'm Steve! I'm an avid reader, both fiction and non-fiction. Married for 32 years this year, to Jenny. Three adult offspring, four grandchildren with a fifth due April, plus two step-grandchildren. Currently I'm severely health challenged, long term (2 years already) which has made a good source of books vital!
OK I'll stop boring everyone now
