However, you can certainly buy the CyBook Gen3 or the Sony Reader online easily enough. You won't pay any additional duties or taxes on the Gen3, but you will on the Sony Reader. I have just found out that the Iliad is £433. That is around US$900. No way is this affordable. I can buy a nice lightweight laptop for that price! It is way too expensive for a book reader. Furthermore, on the site I found there was no information about ebook formats (Mobi, DOC, PDF etc.) not that it matters as I won't be buying one. Still expensive. maybe I go with Jinke and pay the import dues etc. It will still be cheaper.
