Here you can find converter RSS feeds to fb2 format.
It takes OPML or plain text file (with feed url at single line) as input data and returns fb2 book with structured tags/feeds/posts
This is simple python script. You can find it here:

I played around with all the formats available. Also FB2. And I must say, the look and feel and scalability of FB2 rocks.. However, there is virtually no content available in English in FB2 format. Also the tools for creating FB2 files are.. well, or on a vague russian site and if you get your hands on the tools FB Editor/FB writer not working or you can only do text like with Bookdesigner. I really need a tool that can convert files to FB2 with the option to get images in there..
Also some more content other then English and a more active community (or at least a way to get non Russian speaking together) might help to boost the format. It doesn't really help placing a for English forum item on a site that's for the rest just Russian...
Again, love the format.. but for now it lacks a worldwide community to become big.

you can use Ane2FB2 programm
or you can try something from here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fb2
again, you can use feeds2fb2 script to convert your RSS feeds to fb2. Help in this script is in English

I've tried it, but it has a lot of bugs - better use version 1. There is no differences in functionality - just GUI refresh (and a lot of bugs).
