As unpleasant as we are, please honor us exchange service for M90 as Onyx China did last month.
As customers, we felt that we must be treated fairly regardless of geographic locations consumers are at, if product is at fault.

I bought a M90 from OnyX US, too. And I am happy to pay for an upgrade.

Although I'm currently in Europe and bought from Onyx US, I'd be happy to pay for shipping and a replacement/upgrade of my M90.

I have contacted Onyx US, still waiting for a reply.
I think Onyx US will offer an upgrade only if they can see that many M90 buyers want that offer. So it is good to express your desire here.

How many of you had made the phone call to Onyx USA? What was they saying? Come on people, we need way more people to stand up against silent treatment.

I bought mine from Dulin's so there's no point in me contact Onyx-USA, but I encourage everyone who bought one from there to contact them.
