View Full Version : audio stops when new html file opens

I've created an epub with audio embedded. The audio present in title page(Separate html) and the epub contains other pages like copyright, chapters and backmatter as individual html files. If i click on the audio, which is on title page, audio starts playing. But if scroll down to the next page (which is actually another html document ex: chapter1.html), the audio gets stopped here.

I would like to have the audio played through the book when the user scrolls to the pages. It should stop only when i click stop button.

Can anyone help me how to get this done?

how exactly are you linking the audio? Could you post some code?

I'm linking audio as follows:

<audio id="audio2" src="Track01.mp3" controls="controls"></audio>
