Only pdf, but you can extract the text and use a tidy utility to make it nice (I use E-book Tidy).
It's an interesting novelization of an Interzone ss, and the author talks about his reasons of releasing it as cc.

Does manybooks have the rights to convert this?
I just took a look at their Sony LRF conversion and it's dreadful. Line spaces after every paragraph, no ToC, and the margins are too large.

It's issued under the Creative Commons license, so I assume so.
