Is Cybook Gen3 sold in the retail stores?

In the beginning, probably not. From the press release (http://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12387):

The Cybook Gen3 has entered production and will be directly available next September from Bookeen online web store at bookeen.com, in different packs starting at $350

The original CyBook was only ever sold online by Bookeen. No particular reason to suppose that this one will be any different.

Do you think Target would carry them:chinscratch: I hope I can get target coupons (http://discounts.shopathome.com/Coupons-Target.discounts/7268/) for it. (I'm not too wealthy:smack:)

That's impressive necromancy there!

I'd be incredibly surprised if they do, but Target carry a whole lot of stuff, so there's no reason they couldn't get a batch of Cybooks in. I think it's extremely unlikely though.

MVB, a German service provider for bookstore owners offers both the Cybook Gen3 and an iLiad (can't identifiy which one) for direct sale in their shops. Hugeldubel, one of the larger chain stores for books was/is supposed to offer the Cybook in their stores as well.

I bought mine online at WHSmith (UK)

I dare say it's available in their shops...

Unfortunately it isn't. You can collect it from a shop if you order it online, but the shops don't actually sell it.
