How do you convert a pdf to epub so that a page header with page number is not integrated into the text?
I am trying to format a pdf to epub to use on my kobo so I can actually make the text large enough to see without running off of the screen. Why doesn't the calibre converter just leave all of the page format alone instead of bunching all of the text together?
