epubchecker error

After editing and fixing most of the errors in the content.opf file, there's one error I can't seem to correct: "element 'meta' from namespace 'http://www.idpf.org/2007/opf' not allowed in this context". Using flightcrew epub validator, I get a similar error message: "The <meta> element is not an allowed child of the <manifest> element." Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much!

I would assume that you have a <meta> tag in your opf file at a location where it is not allowed, apparently inside the <manifest> tags...

If you could post your opf file (or parts of it), we could take a look.
