After rooting my wife's NC, installing some games and apps, her Nook will randomly wake up with the sound and the screen on. Anybody having this problem? I am suspecting something might be sending a notification from on of her downloads.

What about e-mail notifications ...

Not sure what you mean by 'suddenly wakes up'. Does this happen after your NC goes to sleep? Else, it might be the gmail notification or update notification.
