How to create text frame

Hi,
is it possible to create a text frame, inside other text, with the behaviour as this image?

I think you can. You must place it in a div, perhaps a float. There are others much more experienced with this than me, but I am sure it is possible. After all, we also do Dropcaps, which are similar in behaviour.
