I like it. For the newbie, it's easy to understand the benefits an e-reader, plus it's very well targeted. Of course, to give away a Reader and not keeping it for yourself - without breaking your heart - that is another story.

Gee... We're using our Sony Readers just fine with our Macs. Not even booting into Windows. Kovid's provided html2lrf, which now converts Baen Books's standard html into lrf files quite nicely, and there's at least 3 different ways of getting books onto the reader...
