View Full Version : Book upload question - not certain where to post this

Like a vulture, I'm getting all I can on the incredible uploads in the new section. If you're new to the Reader and you love classics, I highly recommend the download of what's being made available to ALL of us here.

Ok. -- Here's a question or perhaps a concern:

As the pages begin to accumulate, finding older material (by newer members) can possibly become problematic. In fact, if I may use the analogy here, the flat file on those pages can become as troublesome as my Reader that already has 180 novels on it.

Would it be useful, I'm wondering, to consolidate (for example) all those incredible H. Rider Haggard titles together? And all the Jane Austen titles, too? Or any others that begin to accumulate.

Also, I'm wondering if my "concern" has any legitimacy.

Thanks,
Don

This was one of the reasons for suggesting a naming convention for the "Book Uploads" forum. One can, using the "Advanced Search" facility of MR, search for the word "Haggard" just in that forum section, and you'll find all the books.

Now I see how to use that.

(Perhaps this whole thread should be deleted.)

No no, I think it's good for others to read who may wonder the same. ;)
