The Purloined Letter is the third of three short stories featuring Edgar Allan Poe's detective, C. Auguste Dupin. These stories are considered to be important early forerunners of the modern detective story.
Written in 1844, it concerns a mysterious letter that leads into blackmail, power struggles and good old fashioned deductive reasoning.
This is the last story I have that features Dupin. Enjoy!
